Description

Present continuous negative form is made by placing "not" after the forms of the helping verb "be."

Note the contracted forms. For more information on contractions (wasn't) please refer to Lesson 1b.

When adding "ing" to verbs with "e" on the end, drop the "e" before adding "ing." Note: There are other spelling rules for adding "ing" to different verbs. These rules are not taught in this program.
